About Skye’s the Limit
Skye’s the Limit is an extension of our theatrical rental company, Tobins Lake Studios.
We started out with the idea of just renting backdrops and drapery, but we soon found out our customers needed more than just products. Over the last 7 years we have helped our clients design their sets, suggested venues and have even helped plan some events.
The next logical step was to start offering event planning and décor services. We offer many budget friendly packages that start with a consultation and can end with us planning your entire event.
Skye’s the Limit of Mid Michigan
Rhonda Shearer, our resident event planner, has always had a passion for event planning and an eye for decorating. She is from a large family and has been both her family and friends go to event planner for many years. In 2020, Rhonda decided to make her passion her career and become a certified event planner and décor specialist. In 2021 she graduated from QC Event School and became certified in wedding and event planning as well as event décor.
Since graduating, Rhonda has planned several weddings, graduation parties, wedding showers, baby showers, and church events.
